Bill Stokoe, Principal of WSConsult, has spent more than 35 years in financial services and communications consultancy, including senior posts with a major UK banking group and a US depositary bank (ADRs). He moved to a leading US IR consultancy in 1994, and subsequently became International IR Partner with the UK's largest financial PR agency. Latterly he was Senior Partner and founder shareholder of Shared Value, innovating in fusing IR and PR practice and advice. 


He has advised many companies on their international investor relations strategy and programmes, including IPOs and US Stock Exchange listings, investor roadshows, presentations, website reorganization, and communications with the international financial media.


Bill is also a Director of the UK Investor Relations Society and Chairman of the Professional and Public Affairs Committee. He sits on the UK’s Financial Services Authority’s Information Dissemination Advisory Group reviewing the procedures for formal announcements by UK companies
